OCTA, Spatial Art Game, 2015
 

OCTA is an experimental spatial art game developed originally for the Leap Motion 3D Jam 2 (2015). Built with the Leap Motion Controller and the Oculus Rift DK2 developer kit, the project explores the fusion of hand-tracked interaction and immersive visuals.

In OCTA, players use their hands as the primary interface, shaping and manipulating a living geometric form that evolves through interactive sequences. Each gesture alters the structure, triggering transformations and unlocking new layers of visual patterns. 

OCTA delivers a stunning audiovisual journey. Abstract geometry, flowing patterns, and vibrant color schemes create a sense of otherworldly immersion. Combined with spatial Virtual Reality presence, the result is both meditative and dynamic—blurring the line between digital art installation and interactive game.

OCTA was showcased in various exhibitions and festivals across Europe and Asia, introducing audiences to the possibilities of VR, hand tracking, and immersive digital art.
